Emma is skilled in guiding projects from conception to completion, managing stakeholders and project administration. She is passionate about weaving community engagement and empowerment throughout projects to ensure evidence-based recommendations are supported and understood by those most impacted.
Experience highlights
- Conducted community engagement with a historically hard-to-reach population to improve the uptake and program design of an Aged Care navigation service in regional Queensland.
- Delivered a suite of policy options as part of a large Federal Government workforce reform project, coordinating large stakeholder groups and applying learnings from other sectors to provide evidence-based policy advice.
- Managed significant legislative reform of Queensland housing policy, leading engagement with external and internal stakeholders and facilitating communication to enable effective decision making.
