Isaac is a Consultant at Torch. He has experience in Government, having spent a year in the Northern Territory Department of Treasury and Finance and holds a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics (Honours) from the University of Queensland.

• Assisted in proposals for development of a water charging framework and changes to the Water Act.
• Researched and developed an evidence framework for root causes of crime.
• Assisted in scoping and developing drafting instructions for changes to the Northern Territory Payroll Tax Act and Home Owner Grants.
• Assisted in analysing and evaluating submissions for the 2024 Mid-Year Budget Cabinet and Treasurer’s Annual Fiscal Report.
