Experience highlights
- Led the development of cost-benefit analysis and social impact studies for various government and community sector clients.
- Managed the development of a benefits realisation framework for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This involved identification of priority measurement areas and design of data collection and measurement methodologies in close coordination with Games Delivery Partners.
- Supported the development of major strategies, including a nationally co-designed sport sector strategy created in collaboration with an Australian Government agency and a trade and investment strategy for a state government agency.
- Supported the development of business cases and feasibility studies to local, state and federal government audiences. Successfully funded projects include a federal government enterprise resource planning program ($100m+), a state government courthouse redevelopment ($20m+) and a local government major indoor sports centre development ($130m+).
